Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Malace HR. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our automotive facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, as well as dusting and polishing fixtures and furniture.
• Operate scrubbers and industrial vacuum cleaners to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform routine maintenance activities, including checking and replacing air filters, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of cleaning schedules and tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and precautions.
