As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of managers and empowering others to further develop their careers while also developing your seniority in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, coach and develop others on best practices regarding maintenance management within the business unit.
  • Overall responsibility for performance management within maintenance teams.
  • Lead multiple Operations Managers to achieve and implement all aspects of operations management.
  • Support, communicate and implement all corporate initiatives.
  • Measure, track and perform ongoing analysis to ensure process and financial objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation Management or a related field.
  • Five (5) years or more managing multiple Truck Maintenance locations or 1 large location.
  • Five (5) years or more extensive, Maintenance and leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Sales process.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance accounting and P&L.
What We Offer

Ryder offers a competitive salary and great yearly bonus. We also offer a full benefits package, 401k employer match, and a discount on shares. The salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $115,000. Employees may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, as applicable.
