Landscaping Technician

Erik Jacquemin Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional lawn care services, general landscaping maintenance, drainage installation, hardscaping, equipment upkeep, and potential leadership opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is estimated based on the national average for similar roles in the United States.

• Lawn Care Services: Maintain lawns to a high standard through regular mowing, pruning, and weeding.
• General Landscaping Maintenance: Perform tasks such as pruning shrubs, planting flowers, and trimming trees to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Drainage Installation: Install new drains and repair existing ones to prevent water damage and improve yard aesthetics.
• Hardscaping: Build or repair patios, walkways, and retaining walls using materials like stone, brick, or concrete.
• Equipment Upkeep: Regularly maintain and clean gardening tools, machinery, and vehicles to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Potential Crew Leader: Assist senior staff with supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work at heights.
