- Coordinate with contractors and customers regarding estimates and scope of work.
- Work efficiently and independently, with a willingness to work within a team environment.
- Perform all work in a safe manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and solve practical problems.
- Computer literacy and ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds at a time.
