Job Summary:
Creative Health Solutions is seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with our team to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough functional assessments of patients utilizing standardized procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and containing achievable functional goals.
- Revise treatment plans as needed throughout the treatment process.
- Complete documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and applicable standards and administrative and clinical requirements.
- Report to work as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- Must meet the educational requirements for certification and be in the process of accumulating the supervised experience or meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
- Demonstrates competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in Speech Therapy to the patient population served by this facility.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate computer skills in order to complete required job duties and computerized documentation.
- Demonstrate ability to assess patient needs and develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
- Requires creativity as well as the ability to work independently.
