Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating and exceeding client needs
  • Drive sales by building relationships with clients, sharing style and product information, and presenting a clean and safe store environment
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and store financial goals
  • Participate in inventory preparation and maintain a safe work environment
  • Operate registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays
