We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at North Star Speech and Language Pathology Center, Inc. in San Diego.

About the RoleThis full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our occupational therapy department. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric clients, particularly those with neurodevelopmental disorders, and be passionate about delivering evidence-based practice.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in sensory integration, fine motor skills, and trauma-informed care. They will also be knowledgeable about the neurodiversity framework and be willing to learn and apply this approach in their practice.
This role involves providing occupational therapy services in various settings, including early intervention, private practice, and telehealth. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who can work effectively in different environments and collaborate closely with other professionals.
Job Requirements- CA occupational therapy license
- Ability to drive to clients' homes for in-home appointments in your own vehicle
- Fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 unless you have a verified medical reason that prevents you from getting vaccinated
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
