Overview:

Bosselman Food Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and execute the Steps of Service to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize salesmanship techniques to maximize sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Verify guests' legal age and adhere to all state and local liquor laws.
  • Develop a working knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
  • Pour drinks to company standards and ensure accuracy.
  • Ring orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen staff.
  • Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working station at all times.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and management procedures.
  • Use bar tools and equipment correctly.
  • Monitor and maintain food and drink quality and freshness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest comments professionally.
  • Assist with events and adapt to changing situations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Restaurant, bartending, or guest service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work the POS system efficiently.
  • Ability to pour beer, wine, and liquor accurately to drink specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and phone required.
  • Ability to communicate in English.

Physical Requirements:
