Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. in Pella, Iowa. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our outpatient dialysis center.

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to enter the healthcare field and provide compassionate care to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, educating them on kidney dialysis-related topics

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
• Comfortable working around blood and needles, as well as mixing acid or bicarb
• Ability to work long hours (12+ hours) on your feet, wearing comfortable shoes
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed

• Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
