We are currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists in Nassau County for Per Diem positions. Our cases include both Workers' Compensation and educational settings, allowing for a diverse range of experiences.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, making it easier to balance your professional and personal life.

Compensation Structure:

  • $75 for 30 minutes
  • $85 for 45 minutes
  • $100 for 1 hour
  • $150 for group sessions (3 or more clients)
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
  • Valid NY State SLP License is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a home care setting is required.
  • Certification for Workers' Compensation cases is necessary.
  • Fingerprint clearance is required for school-related cases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and deliver treatments for speech and language disorders, addressing developmental, cognitive, and organic factors.
  • Ensure that all home care services are delivered with the highest quality and comply with Department of Health regulations.
  • Support the agency's commitment to providing top-notch care by adhering to regulatory standards and obtaining necessary certifications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is essential.
  • Must be capable of standing and working for extended periods.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
