Sky Zone Westmont is seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Crew Member. This position offers a chance to engage with guests in a vibrant and energetic environment.
Position Details: $16/Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
- Assist in various roles including Court Monitor, Party Host, and Front Desk Agent.
- Conduct sales and provide recommendations based on guest needs.
- Coordinate and manage birthday parties and special events.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Support inventory management on a weekly basis.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the facility.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
- Engage in light janitorial duties to uphold cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 pounds.
- Flexible availability during standard business hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in high customer volume settings is preferred.
- Customer service or sales experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable interacting with large groups of people.
