Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgery APP to provide locums support at a Level I Trauma Center in Northeastern Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality surgical first assist, postoperative care, inpatient rounding, outpatient care, admissions, discharges, and call coverage.
The scope of the assignment includes:
- Surgical first assist
- Postoperative care
- Inpatient rounding
- Outpatient care
- Admissions
- Discharges
- Call coverage
The selected APP will have the opportunity to work on various procedures, including incision and drainage for wound care, intraoperative experience for surgeries such as breast reductions, breast lifts, tummy tucks, Botox injections, and steroid injections.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Providing exceptional patient care and achieving high patient satisfaction rates
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in the EPIC EMR system
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Meeting or exceeding productivity targets
- Participating in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
