We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team at Marmic Fire & Safety Co. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, testing, and servicing of fire alarm systems, as well as the installation of new systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Install new fire alarm systems, including wiring and equipment
- Service and repair existing fire alarm systems, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty components
- Assist in the development and implementation of fire safety plans and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment and tools up to 50 pounds
