Position Overview:
As an Event Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of various campus events. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with event organizers to ensure seamless scheduling, room arrangements, and the provision of necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Event Coordination:** Work closely with event planners to manage scheduling, setup, and execution of events, ensuring all details are meticulously arranged.
2. **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory, ensuring the scheduling system reflects the current status of all facilities.
3. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with event-related needs.
4. **Facility Oversight:** Monitor events on campus, offering support and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
5. **Physical Setup:** Execute the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture arrangement and equipment handling.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds and perform manual labor as needed.

Work Environment:
