Key Responsibilities- Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances for residential and commercial properties.
- Handle water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping with precision and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing reliable and efficient solutions.
- Use advanced tools and techniques to detect leaks, blockages, and other common issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and outline work plans.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Valid plumber's license and certifications as required by local and state regulations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- $40.00-$65.00 per hour (based on experience)
