Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials within our facility.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the facility
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track movement of materials
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
