Job Summary

As a Supervisory Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the federal government's contracting process. You will lead a team of auditors in conducting financial and compliance audits of defense contractors, identifying areas of risk and non-compliance, and developing recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of auditors in conducting financial and compliance audits of defense contractors
• Identify areas of risk and non-compliance, and develop recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures
• Conduct audits of defense contractors' financial statements, accounting systems, and internal controls
• Analyze data and identify trends and patterns
• Develop and present audit reports and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 4 years of experience in auditing or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
