Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Cantex. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care services.
Responsibilities:- Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
- Observe, assess, and report Patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
- Evaluate and implement a Patient's care plan, and direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
