Customer Experience Representative

At Cable One, we believe in providing top-notch customer service to our community. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in securing new recurring revenue from residential prospects and upselling existing customers through proactive communication.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Familiarizing yourself with customer care concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
- Performing entry-level assignments within a specific region or business area.
- Responding to customer-generated tickets and providing personalized communication.
- Actively listening to customers to understand their issues and demonstrating respect and concern at all times.
- Assisting with or performing a range of customer support duties, including:
- Providing billing and pricing information to customers.
- Resolving standard issues remotely and educating customers on steps for issue resolution.
- Tracking down information needed to accurately respond to customer questions and needs.
- Arranging product returns and exchanges.
- Scheduling service appointments if the problem cannot be remotely resolved.
- Training customers in product use and functionality.
- In all cases, following established procedures and escalating difficult or unexpected issues to more senior team members or supervisor for help and/or resolution.
- Promoting Cable One products, features, and services for potential upselling.
- Documenting customer inquiries, status, and resolution.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.
- Learner compliance with Cable One Customer Care practices and policies.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of one year of proven customer service experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Stable work history.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance where applicable.
- Maintain proper appearance and attitude at all times to represent Cable One in the community.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
