Position Title: Pastry Production Specialist

Position Overview:

  • Craft baked items in accordance with Parkhurst's established recipes
  • Guarantee the quality, freshness, and visual appeal of all baked products
  • Adhere to sanitation protocols during food preparation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation of baked goods following specified recipes
  • Oversee the quantity and quality of baked items produced
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the baking area
  • Engage with management regarding product requirements

Required Qualifications:

To excel in this role, an individual must effectively perform each key responsibility to a satisfactory level.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing and walking for the entirety of the shift
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs
