Position Title: Pastry Production Specialist
Position Overview:
- Craft baked items in accordance with Parkhurst's established recipes
- Guarantee the quality, freshness, and visual appeal of all baked products
- Adhere to sanitation protocols during food preparation
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of baked goods following specified recipes
- Oversee the quantity and quality of baked items produced
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the baking area
- Engage with management regarding product requirements
Required Qualifications:
To excel in this role, an individual must effectively perform each key responsibility to a satisfactory level.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing and walking for the entirety of the shift
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs
