Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, according to company recipes and standards.
  • Manage the bar area, including setting up and maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide seamless service to our guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a hospitality or food and beverage setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
