  • Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Assist servers and other staff as required to maintain efficient service.
  • Help with cleaning and resetting tables when necessary.
  • Express gratitude to guests for their visit and encourage their return.
  • Be flexible and ready to assist in various roles to support the restaurant's operations as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Familiarity with service procedures and restaurant functions.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Able to lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
