Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cake Decorator, your duties will include:

• Greeting and engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Upholding a positive environment within the bakery department.
• Implementing and supporting company initiatives and programs.
• Maintaining high standards of product quality and availability.
• Adhering to Bakery Food Safety Procedures and Sanitation protocols.
• Executing all decorating tasks with precision and creativity.
• Completing special orders and wedding cakes in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assisting with dishwashing and other tasks as required.
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience in cake decorating.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a freezer for short periods.
• Open to receiving feedback and coaching from supervisors.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must maintain a valid food safety certification.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
