  4. Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the cooperative remains competitive and financially healthy.

Requirements

  • 8-10 Years of Progressive Leadership Experience: Ideally within the electric utility or cooperative industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: In business, marketing/communications, engineering, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and make logical decisions under pressure.
