LPN Opportunity at PSI Solutions

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide care for a Special Needs Medically Fragile student at a South Euclid Elementary School.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to a student with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the student's unique needs
  • Collaborate with the student's healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of the student's care and progress
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing
  • Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocol
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain HIPAA compliance
