Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our Regulatory / Fixed Income projects at TechnoSphere, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering large complex regulatory projects to financial institutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize project opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to improve project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Director or Program Manager in a financial services industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with financial institutions as a PM.
  • Experience delivering large complex regulatory projects to financial institutions and driving business growth.
  • Experience with Investment Banks and Trading platforms.
  • Strong Fixed income Experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of external trading venues and clearing houses.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Specific Experience / knowledge of Rule 15c3-5 (Market Access Rule).
