Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team at Northwest Medical Center. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Implement and document nursing care, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to manage patients throughout their shift.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and self-care skills.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit or Step Down setting.
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Certifications: C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac, C-AHA ACLS, L-AZ-RN License.
