Position Overview:
This role is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity, offering a stable work environment with a focus on quality and precision.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation:
$21/hour

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Technician, your primary duties will include:
1. Selecting and retrieving components for assembly.
2. Constructing valves according to technical drawings and supervisor instructions.
3. Utilizing hand tools and machinery to execute assembly tasks effectively.
4. Conducting tests on assembled valves to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Developing assembly protocols and documentation for various product lines.
6. Providing assistance to the Bellows Department and Machine Shop as required.
7. Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly roles.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
