Roofing Sales Director

We are seeking a results-driven Roofing Sales Director to lead our team in Central Connecticut. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of door-to-door sales representatives to generate leads and close deals.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales of roofing, gutters, siding, and windows.
• Build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Train and mentor sales team members to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ensure accurate reporting and communication of sales metrics and progress to leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing sales.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
