You will ensure all installation work is done according to quality standards and complete work orders with necessary sign-offs. You will also assist with overflow work as needed and follow all company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining safe work areas and adhering to company safety policies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in aerial construction, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. You will be required to work long and unpredictable hours in all types of weather and pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test. If you have experience with splicing active & passive equipment, knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques, and the ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck, you will be a strong candidate for this role. The Aerial Lineman will be responsible for performing all duties in telecommunications construction, including pole transfers, maintenance builds, new builds, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction. You will also be required to set up and maintain safe work areas, with or without supervision. A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. as needed with or without assistance.
