Crew Supervisor

Job Description:

The Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of crew members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise crew members, managing labor costs and ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Monitor inventory, control waste, and maintain accurate records
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for growth and improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership and communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively. A valid food handler's permit is required, and you must be at least 18 years old.
