Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and communicating effectively with team members.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability to new tools, processes, and work scenarios, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, including food preparation and customer service.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules, and business needs.
