Job Title: Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide education and support to start or continue therapy.
  • Assist in obtaining insurance approval for therapy and proactively plan for maintenance of coverage.
  • Enroll patients who qualify in financial assistance or gap coverage programs.
  • Educate patients and healthcare providers about patient support services and connect them with local resources.
  • Collaborate with Patient Services field teams, Sales, and Market Access to ensure a consistent integrated approach to supporting patient access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2-4 years patient-facing role experience in case management, reimbursement, or patient advocacy.
  • Experience with engaging patients and caregivers with rare/chronic conditions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement process, billing/coding, insurance plans, payer trends, financial assistance programs, charitable access, and related resources.
  • Excellent phone communication and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish language fluency highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
