About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Laborer to join our team at Ledcor Technical Services. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing general tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead splicers with testing fiber lines and installing telecommunication fixtures
- Operate equipment, hand tools, and lifts heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Perform manual labor such as shovel/broom work, hand digging, trenching, pulling, and removing material
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment for the crew, the public, the customer, and Ledcor
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
- Able to perform work on uneven surfaces
- Electrical/Telecommunications experience is a plus
- Ability to operate company vehicles and properly tow/back-up trailers
