We are seeking a skilled Groundman to join our team at Phillips & Jordan, Inc. (P&J), a certified woman-owned, heavy civil and power infrastructure contractor established in 1952.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support substation foundation work, including assisting with drilling, formwork, concrete pouring, and other construction-related duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with drilling and formwork
  • Supporting concrete pouring and other construction-related duties
  • Working alongside the construction team to ensure project progress

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 1 year of general construction experience
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks on the construction site
