Insight Global is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to support their client in the healthcare sector. This role is essential for organizing and overseeing the schedules of clients receiving in-home care from healthcare professionals. The Scheduling Specialist will collaborate closely with the Recruitment and Clinical Management teams to evaluate requirements and create effective scheduling solutions.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM MST
Location: Initially onsite for training, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling (specifically for healthcare personnel, not patient appointments).
- Strong customer service abilities, effectively engaging with both external clients and internal team members.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrates a proactive and goal-oriented approach, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions early to enhance scheduling processes for organizational growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
This position is with a small federal integrator located in Colorado Springs, CO, working in collaboration with the Department of Energy. The team consists of several contractors who appreciate the supportive work environment, management, and the impactful projects they are involved in. The role offers benefits, paid time off, and potential for contract extensions.
