We are seeking a skilled Production Team Associate to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe processing of food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hanging chilled turkeys on moving shackles
  • Handling various processing tasks related to evisceration, giblets, grading, weighing turkeys prior to injection, weighing, tagging and placing them into correct bags and boxes
  • Stacking boxes of fully processed and bagged turkeys
  • Boxing and palletizing packaged whole turkeys
  • Boning line: Cutting wings, drums, thighs, breast, tenders, necks

Requirements:

  • Previous food processing experience (a plus)
  • Ability to keep up with a moderate speed production line
  • Ability to work in a standing position for periods of 3-4 hours per session
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Working Conditions:

Temporary production associates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be accountable to maintain punctual and good attendance for scheduled work hours. Employees must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
