Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to use simple tools and power tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including on-call rotations.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
