Job Overview
Riverside Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team as a Home Health Clinical Lead. This critical role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and driving clinical excellence throughout our organization.

About the Position
The Home Health Clinical Lead will work under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Director, supervising and delegating tasks to LPNs/LVNs and Home Health Aides, as well as providing specialized training and education to staff members. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs/LVNs and Home Health Aides
- Provide specialized training and education to staff members
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Current RN licensure in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days
- Valid driver's license
