Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Gestamp North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing North American Payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing and distribution of payroll for all Gestamp facilities in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including data entry, reporting, and compliance with IRS and state regulations.
  • Oversee the generation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for employee recruitment, benefits, and relations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment, tax, and labor laws, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management and operations, preferably in a multi-plant environment.
  • Expertise in SAP Payroll module and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, with ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
