Job Title: Shuttle Bus Operator

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Bus Operator to join our team at Airport Center Parking. As a Shuttle Bus Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting airport passengers to and from parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and complete necessary reports
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, assisting with luggage, and answering questions
  • Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations
  • Assist with loading and unloading customer luggage
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other drivers to ensure effective fleet operations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding passenger transportation
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting luggage and standing for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
