Collision Damage Estimator

At Chilton Auto Body Inc, we are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a crucial role in examining vehicles for collision-related damage and documenting the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

• Review and Document Vehicle Damage: Map damage, photograph vehicles, and document files to ensure accurate estimates.
• Prepare Estimates and Supplements: Review vehicle damage and prepare estimates, as well as supplements based on additional damage found.
• Follow DRP Compliance: Understand and follow all insurance carrier Direct Repair Program (DRP) guidelines regarding all aspects of the repair.
• Production Management: Support the location manager in routing repairs, including disbursement of paperwork, scheduling, and monitoring repairs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure Chilton Auto Body's quality standards are met throughout the repair process.
• File Documentation: Maintain real-time accuracy of assigned work files and reconcile for customer delivery and file closing process.

• 2+ Years of Collision Experience: Proven experience in collision repair and estimation.
• Effective Time-Management: Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with the team and effectively communicate with customers and business partners.
• CCC One Experience: Familiarity with CCC One software.
• Valid Driver's License: Eligible to work in the United States and willing to pass a thorough background check.

• Bilingual (Spanish): Bilingual skills are a plus.
