Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute repairs as outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with company policies
  • Restore damaged vehicles to factory specifications
  • Conduct thorough inspections for additional repairs
  • Straighten metal and aluminum frames
  • Replace irreparable parts
  • Utilize specialized equipment for frame and body restoration

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in a body shop setting
  • ICar Certification is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with fellow technicians
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and learning
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
  • Valid driver's license
