Job Summary:This is a travel Speech Language Pathologist position that requires a strong background in speech pathology and experience working in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in various healthcare settings
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Speech Language Pathology role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate
- Guaranteed hours: 32 per week
- Contract weeks: 91
- Opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations
Please note that a Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date is required. Additionally, a County Criminal, Federal Criminal, Multi-State Criminal Search, Nationwide Sex Offender Search, HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, Social Security Number Trace, 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray, and SAM Search are required. An Indiana LCH State Background and Physical are also required. CPR (Fundamental Facilities) and Position Response Crisis Billing string = Medefis are also required.
