Job Title: Travel Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Travel SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Speech Language Pathologist position that requires a strong background in speech pathology and experience working in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in various healthcare settings
  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Speech Language Pathology role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that a Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date is required. Additionally, a County Criminal, Federal Criminal, Multi-State Criminal Search, Nationwide Sex Offender Search, HHS/OIG Search, GSA Search, Social Security Number Trace, 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray, and SAM Search are required. An Indiana LCH State Background and Physical are also required. CPR (Fundamental Facilities) and Position Response Crisis Billing string = Medefis are also required.
