About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Operations Technician to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Data Center Engineering Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining the mechanical and electrical equipment that supports our data center operations. This includes conducting planned preventative maintenance, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues.

You will work closely with our Data Center Facility Manager, Chief Engineer, and third-party vendors to ensure that all equipment is operating at peak efficiency.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for executing small-to-medium impacting projects from conception to completion. This will involve collaborating with external support groups, creating and delivering on key milestones, and documenting project results.
