Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Parker. As a Breast Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and performing high-quality images and exams on patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.
  • Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
  • Act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assure current standards of practice for the unit.
  • Provide assistance during interventional breast procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist.
  • ARRT (M) and/or ARRT certification.
  • BS or ARDMS (BR) required.
  • Breast Imaging Navigator (NCBC certified).
  • Bone Density Certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
