Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Residential Sales Representative to join our team at Mainstream Fiber Networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services as needed.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall team success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups, surveys, promotions, or sales initiatives.
  • Provide information about products or services, including features, pricing, and benefits, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Requirements:
  • HSD, or equivalent education, is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a sales or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and effectively.
