Lake Huron Medical Center is seeking a skilled Certified HVAC Technician to join its team. As a member of Prime Healthcare, a Top-15 hospital system in the United States, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate logs on all equipment in the hospital and ensure a safe working environment.
- Repair and maintain equipment, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
- Ensure the building and its related systems are well-maintained.
- Five (5) years of experience in an acute healthcare setting is preferred.
- Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade related to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Behavioral Violence Prevention training is preferred.
