UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Longmont, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiation therapy as prescribed by a physician in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Review patient history, physician's orders, and radiation therapy treatment plan to ensure accurate delivery of treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and dosimetrists to determine patient treatment plans and deliver therapy according to plan.
- Monitor patient condition continually and report/respond to changes in status as appropriate.
- Prepare equipment and supplies, including linear accelerators, and implement safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Position patients and perform imaging procedures, analyzing results and identifying issues with image quality.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technologist program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- ARRT(T) Certification.
