Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical science expertise to support efficient development and scalable understanding of processes and products in our pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally and across Process Development sites to drive innovation and improvement.
- Develop and implement analytical methods and techniques to support process development and scale-up activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including HPLC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, dissolution, KF, pH meter, FTIR, UV, Raman, and NIR.
- Perform general laboratory housekeeping activities and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Complete training on assigned tasks and comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience performing analytical testing.
- Strong theoretical understanding, research in, and hands-on experience in small molecule/peptide analysis in support of process development/scale-up activities and formulation development in GMP and non-GMP environments.
- Experience with wet chemistry, chromatographic, and spectroscopic techniques.
- Demonstrate independence and ability to produce quality results under minimal direction.
